About
8 separate fully furnished rooms for rent month to month or by the week. Shared kitchen, bathrooms, shower rooms and a comfortable community living area. Each room has a queen sized bed, dresser, desk, chair or recliner, lamp and more. Utilities and laundry room are included along with WiFi. The exterior doors are coded for security. Kitchen items, cleaning supplies, toilet paper and laundry detergent are ALL provided. Just bring your own food, personal items and a positive attitude and your all set!
The Bunkhouse of Ronan is a sober living environment. Absolutely no drugs or alcohol are allowed on premises inside or out, but more than that it means that all residents need to be committed to making choices that support their sobriety and the well-being of one another. Just as residents are expected to keep shared living areas clean and free of their clutter, they are also expected to make choices that don't cause harm or disruption to others' quiet time or peace.
Jodie, the owner and manager who lives on the premises, is going to be more involved in tenant issues than a traditional landlord, because she must ensure that all residents' feel safe and respected in the house. If Jodie feels a tenant is not sober, she can and will call that out, and sometimes she may even be mistaken; but if a resident feels she is in error, they may want to reflect upon what made Jodie question their sobriety - was their attitude, appearance or actions not representing a lifestyle of mutual respect for their fellow tenants or landlord?
This is a unique living environment and not all who come to stay are struggling with addiction issues, so if that is not your story don't worry you are also welcome here, AND you will know you are in a safe environment.

Located 1 hour north of Missoula and 1 hour south of Kalispell. Only 12 miles from the beautiful Flathead Lake and Polson Montana.

Large Room
This is a very large room with a built-in entertainment center, walkin closet! This is also the ONLY room that has its own private parking space just outside your own exterior door! Large west facing patio to enjoy the evening sunsets. The only downside to this room is that there is only one small basement window. In the summer this is the coolest room in the building.
Wrangler
Large Room
Larger room with a west facing window as well as a small east facing window. This unit has an exterior door on the west side of the building so you can enjoy the yard and aspen trees! Inside you will find 2 walk in closets, your own large table and a sectional couch with a wall mounted TV and King sized bed!! Back when this was a church they painted a full wall mural that is still there in all its glory.
Twister
Medium Room
If you need lots of light, this is the room for YOU! 2 large west facing windows, that face out on the back patio and large yard. Queen sized bed, large dresser, and a recliner.
Lariat
Medium Room
If you need lots of light, this is the room for YOU! 1 large west facing window, that faces out on the back patio and large yard. Queen sized bed, large dresser, and a recliner.
Spur
Medium Room
The only main level room with 2 windows facing south and to the the east. The rarely used community room and 2 bathrooms (one being the NEW shower room)are just outside this room making it a very convenient and enjoyable room.
Cowboy
Small Room
This smaller room is affordable and has lots of light! There is a big egress window that faces east for plenty of morning sun and afternoon shade. Convenient to the back exterior door, kitchen and bathrooms.
Tonto
Small Room
This smaller room is affordable and has lots of light! There is a big egress window that faces east for plenty of morning sun and afternoon shade. Convenient to everything on the lower level including the back exterior door.
Roper
Small Room
This is a loft area room with a huge walk in closet and smaller windows facing south. Definitely the most private room in the Bunkhouse.
