Shower Room Remodel...

March 2025:  When I first purchased this building in August of 2019 there was no place to bathe! Well there was the baptismal tub but... it was only cold water and VERY incontinent to say the least, not to mention FULL of flies!!! Since I had tenants moving in the same day I did they were told, there is a kiddy pool on the front porch if you want to bathe. Most had friends in the area so they went other places! The NEW hot water tank took most of the little money I had so it took a bit before I could get a shower in at all. After 3 months we finally had a shower but I gotta say it really did SUCK!

Once the shower was finally installed it was much better.... but it had many issues, it was short, it was small and the shower head faced the wrong direct getting the floor wet, or your face when you turned it on! 

Well finally after 5 and a half years I am completely remodeling the original shower room we had. I am really excited to provide this new space for everyone to enjoy. The new shower room will have plenty of space, in fact it will be the largest of the 4 bathrooms we have. It will have a very nice 60 by 34 walk in shower, custom built sink vanity, and a toilet. The old shower room did not even have a toilet in that room. Since we only work on these projects one day per week.. every Monday, it will be at least the middle of May before it is finalized. But I promise you it will be worth the wait!
